I'm originally from Canton, Ohio where my grandfather William Lamb founded Lamb's Glass. Which my father Robert Lamb took over and currently my brother William Fritz Lamb is owner/operator.

Being a third generation glass business owner and over thirty years of experience, I've worked my way up from part time and summers as a teenager to full time installer. This has prepared me for sales, estimating, and purchasing, as I pursued my career and experience in the glass industry.

While in Naples, my experience has allowed me to provide leadership and confidence for previous employers. Having held positions such as; Installer, estimator, sales, sales manager, and vice-president for over fourteen years here in Collier/Lee Counties and currently five years as owner of Southern Glass & Aluminum Corp.

I will continue my commitment to servicing customers and express my genuine gratitude for their support of a dream come true for my family and me.

I am a Florida native residing in Naples for 22 years. I graduated from St. John Neumann High School & New England Institute of Technology in West Palm Beach. I worked part time for a local glazing contractor for two years. I also have gained management experience working for a local beverage establishment, having various duties such as, managing employees, receiving, purchasing, training, and hiring, as well as forecasting budgets and meeting sales expectations.

Currently, I am the Administrative Controller for Southern Glass & Aluminum Corp. In which I have been able to utilize my experience to pursue a growing opportunity with SGA.

I am a 22 year resident of Naples in which I was founder of Just Say Sew Inc., a window design company, primarily working with Interior Designers and local residents. My reputation of design and customer satisfaction provided over 15 years of success as a business owner.

I've spent the last four years at a nationally known Design Center locally. While providing my leadership and experience my department achieved #1 in sales performance nationally, a first in the stores history.

I'm looking forward to continuing my success at Southern Glass & Aluminum Corp. and looking forward to serving you.

I am originally from the Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota area. I started in the glazing industry in 1971 as a Sales Representative for one of the largest regional multi-state distribution and glazing contractors.

In 1979 I became a Project Manager for one of the countries largest contract glazing organization. I have held other positions within the industry and outside the industry such as Contract Division Manager, Vice President of Sales, and President/ General Manager.

In 2007 I welcomed the opportunity to join one of the preeminent contract glazing operations in Southwest Florida: Southern Glass & Aluminum Corp. I am hopeful my experience within the glazing industry will allow me to add to the outstanding history of Southern Glass & Aluminum Corp’s team, and allow me the opportunity to serve YOU in a manner that makes our organization YOUR glass company of choice to glaze your projects – large or small.
